TICKETING POLICIES

TICKET PRICES AND RANGES FOR EACH PERFORMANCE ARE SET BY THE PRESENTING COMPANY. 

There is a $5 per ticket fee. Fees apply regardless of purchase point (online, phone or in-person sales). Please remember that all sales are final and refunds cannot be processed.


Late Seating

Should you arrive late, there is limited space in a designated late arrival area. If seating is available, you are welcome to watch the performance from there until intermission, at which time you may enjoy the show from your regular seat. Please keep in mind that various shows may not allow late seating.

All persons entering the theatre, including children, must have a ticket. Most shows offer discounted tickets to children depending on age. Please visit our Events & Tickets page for more info.

RUSH TICKETS

$20 rush tickets are available on a company by company basis 30 minutes prior to the performance. In order to qualify for rush tickets, you must fall into one of the following categories: Artist, Cowles Center Tenant, Educator, Student. These tickets must be purchased with cash 30 minutes prior to the performance. 

Tickets will be assigned to the best available seats as we can not always accommodate seat selection for student rush tickets.  If you would like to sit with another person purchasing rush, you will need to be in line together. Call the box office to be certain that rush is available for the performance you are interested in attending.


ARTIST

Please state your discipline and company affiliation to the box office attendant, who will then intake your information for future purchases.

 

COWLES CENTER TENANT

Please state your name and company to the box office attendant, who will then verify your information. 

 

EDUCATOR/STUDENT

Please be ready to present a valid student or educator ID.
